Do I need any CrossFit experience to start?

Not at all. Most of our members had zero CrossFit experience when they walked in. Every workout is scaled to your ability, and our coaches guide you through every movement. You just need to show up — we handle the rest.

What happens at my first visit?

You'll sit down with a coach for a free intro session where we learn about your goals, show you the gym, and walk you through how our classes work. There's no pressure and no commitment — it's just a conversation to see if CrossFit Brock is the right fit for you.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes you can move in — cross-trainers or general athletic shoes work great. Bring a water bottle and a towel if you'd like. We have everything else you need at the gym.

Absolutely. Our programming combines strength training and conditioning in every session, which is one of the most effective approaches for fat loss, muscle building, and overall fitness. Paired with coaching and consistency, members see real, lasting results.

Where are you located and is there parking?

We're at 706 Dennis Road in Brock, TX — just a short drive from Weatherford, Aledo, and the surrounding communities. We have plenty of free parking right on-site.

Do you have programs for teenagers?

Yes! Our Teen Eagles program is designed for 6th–12th graders. It focuses on building confidence, athleticism, and proper movement patterns in a structured, coach-led environment. Teens can join on a monthly membership or drop in for individual sessions.
